LeapHome: a NZE building
The LeapHome built in Chamois has reached the best energy performance of Italian APE certification. Share
APE is a mandatory document in Italy issued by a licensed technician to estimate the energy consumption of a building. This certification is an important assessment tool to compare buildings from an energy point of view.
Frame’s technical installations in Chamois are: a heat pump, a biomass generator and a photovoltaic system. All these elements with the architectural and material solutions brought the product to achieve a NZEB certification (Nearly Zero Energy Building), level A4 of APE.
An amazing result that confirms LEAPfactory’s engagement to study and develop innovative systems with a strong environment vocation.
