Bye bye building site and waste, welcome clean assembly

LeapHome's original constructive solution is a revolution to traditional building sites - place of uncertainty, delays, of the unforeseen and with a large impact on the environment.
Operations on site are drastically optimized thanks to the use of small and light components, easy to manage and assembled dry. A nature-friendly building site which can be carried out by non-specialized workers.

TRADITIONAL BUILDING SITE: 300 MILLION TONS OF WASTE PER YEAR

In Europe, 1/4 of the waste comes from the construction industry.

The waste in a traditional construction site is: excavation materials, mixed waste from construction and demolition, bituminous materials.

The management of Construction and Demolition waste is one of the most complex problems for a correct environmental management of the building site. This is because chemicals and pollutants are processed (cement, adhesives, resins, etc.) to which are added the packaging of materials and waste produced on site.

The amount of waste and residues is estimated at around 0.6 – 0.8 tons per inhabitant per year.

The overall figure, at a European level, is 300 million tons / year.

Italy produces around 40 million.

LEAPHOME: A PRESENT FOR YOU AND THE ENVIRONMENT

On a Leaphome building site, no excavation or mixed construction materials are used. There are no masses of materials for storage, therefore no dust nor dirt, and no environmental damage.

The assembly is completely dry without processing chemicals and pollutants. All components are produced with materials certified for their ecological provenance and healthiness. Both of these properties remain in the completed dwelling, since they do not undergo other transformations on site. Neither do the components, avoiding therefore manufacturing waste.

Traditional building doesn’t mean imitating how we built in the past but needing to know the context to give a suitable answer to that context. All materials used are ecofriendly and certified. The industrialized process further enables us to facilitate all the building and installation phases allowing us to complete and install the house on any ground with defined timing and a quick turnaround.

IT’S EASY

To build a Leaphome, it’s just like a Meccano. Simple and intuitive, you just need a team of carpenters and a small crane to move the parts.

Leap collaborates with local companies, even non-specialized ones: an economic and environmental saving on the travel expenses of the assembly teams.

SHORT TIMES, RESPECTED DEADLINES & MONEY-SAVING

A traditional construction site lasts between 6 and 12 months, and very often unexpected, whilst unpleasant, events occur during the building of the house making you spend more than you initially invested and extending delivery times.

The LeapHome buildings are produced industrially with numerical control with tolerances to the millimeter, so there are no possible uncertainties connected to the installation.

This also optimizes the timeline of the construction site. In fact, a LeapHome building site lasts at most one month and we deliver your home turnkey, ready to be lived.

Thanks to the innovative construction solution and the optimization of the building site, your investment is then actually focused on your LeapHome not having to encounter all the added expenses the traditional housing process generates.

LEAP, YOUR ONLY REFERENT

In a traditional construction site, you often talk with a lot of different contacts during the project (architect, building company, plumber, electrician, etc.), not making an already complicated process easier and creating anxiety and frustration.

Leap takes care of everything and is your only referent during all the process, from design to assembling.

We will take care of every aspect, from the surveying phase to the smallest furnishing detail. We like to think that this building method will not remain an isolated innovation for long: LeapHome gives a definite answer to the desire of living comfortably surrounded by the beauty of the home and nature it is immersed in.
